1. SPONSOR; MISSION
The Bless A Car Enthusiast $500 Thomure’s Performance Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or
“Promotion”) is sponsored by Bless A Car Enthusiast, a Missouri nonprofit organization (the “Sponsor”),
whose mission is to support members of the automotive community by providing financial assistance and
resources related to vehicle projects, upgrades, and needs.
The prize is provided by Thomure’s Performance, LLC (“Prize Provider”), an automotive performance shop
offering a wide range of performance parts, including engine components, forced-induction parts, fuel system
components, suspension upgrades, accessories, and related products and services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
● Are legal residents of one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding
Alaska and Hawaii); and
● Are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their state of residence, if higher).
Business entities (including corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other organizations) are not eligible to enter
or win.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families
(spouse, parent, child, sibling, and household members of each) are not eligible. The Promotion is void in
Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on 2/7/26 at 8:00AM CST and ends at 3/1/26 at 11:59PM CST (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer or designated time-keeping system shall be the official time-keeping device for this
Promotion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
(A) ENTRY VIA MERCHANDISE PURCHASE
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant will receive (1) entry for every one dollar (US $1.00)
spent on eligible merchandise purchased from Bless A Car Enthusiast unless product shows bonus entries or a bonus multiplier is in place, excluding sales tax and shipping charges.
● Example: A qualifying merchandise purchase of $35.00 (before tax and shipping) will result in 35
entries.
● Entries will be awarded based on the merchandise subtotal (list price, less any discounts; excluding tax
and shipping).
● If a purchase is refunded before the drawing takes place, all entries associated with that refunded
purchase may be voided at Sponsor’s discretion.
If an entrant chooses to purchase merchandise as a method of entry, the entrant does so with the
understanding that returns will not be accepted after the drawing has been completed for any order used
to obtain entries, except where required by law. All merchandise purchases remain subject to Sponsor’s and/or
Prize Provider’s standard return policies, to the extent consistent with this paragraph and applicable law.
Purchases are not required to enter, and making a purchase will not improve the odds of winning.
(B) NO-PURCHASE MAIL-IN ENTRY
To enter the Promotion without making a purchase, an eligible entrant may mail a handwritten
entry as follows:
On a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly hand-print:

Each properly completed and timely received mail-in entry will be counted as five (5) entries into the
Promotion.
Limit one (1) 3” x 5” entry card per outer mailing envelope. There is no limit on the number of mail-in
entries an individual may submit, provided each entry complies with these Official Rules.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before MAIL-IN POSTMARK DEADLINE and received by
[2/25/26] to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail.
5. PRIZE; USE OF GIFT CARD; NO CASH SUBSTITUTE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
● A $500.00 (five hundred U.S. dollars) gift certificate / store credit (the “Gift Card”) valid only at Thomure’s Performance, LLC.
The Gift Card:
● May be applied toward any eligible products or services offered by Thomure’s Performance, including but not limited to engine components, forced-induction parts, fuel systems, suspension upgrades, performance accessories, and other available parts and services, subject to in-store or website availability and any posted limitations.
● Parts availability is not limited to items listed online; Thomure’s Performance may source additional parts upon request, subject to availability.
● Has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and no cash substitute or cash back will be provided, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
● May not be sold, exchanged, or transferred for consideration.
● May be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Thomure’s Performance regarding redemption, expiration, and use.
Sponsor and Prize Provider reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, where lawful.
POSSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL PRIZE
If participation goals are met, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award up to one (1) additional prize, resulting in up to two (2) total winners. The decision to award an additional prize is not guaranteed. If an additional prize is awarded, the additional winner will be selected using the same random drawing method described in these Official Rules.
6. PERFORMANCE PARTS – IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Thomure’s Performance offers aftermarket and performance-oriented automotive parts and services which
may affect the performance, handling, emissions, legality, or safety of a vehicle.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:
1. The selection, purchase, installation, and use of any parts or services purchased with the Gift Card
are made solely at the winner’s own risk.
2. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure that any parts or modifications:
○ Are installed correctly by a qualified professional;
○ Are compatible with the intended vehicle;
○ Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to emissions,
inspection, safety, and noise regulations.
3. Bless A Car Enthusiast and Thomure’s Performance, LLC expressly disclaim any and all liability
for:
○ Personal injury, death, or property damage;
○ Vehicle damage, mechanical failures, or loss of warranty;
○ Citations, fines, or legal issues arising from the use, installation, or operation of any parts,
services, or vehicle modified or purchased in connection with this Promotion.
Sponsor and Prize Provider make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Card or any
products or services purchased or obtained using the Gift Card, including but not limited to any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All products and services are provided “AS IS,”
subject only to any warranties provided directly by the manufacturer or service provider, if any.
7. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. A purchase or donation will not increase the
chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

other terms, please refer to the complete Official Rules applicable to this Promotion.
8. MAIL IN ENTRY CONDITIONS
Mail in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, or incomplete will be
considered null and void. Proof of submission or mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage due entries, or entries not received by the
deadline. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence
will be acknowledged or entered into, and requests for confirmation of receipt of mail in entries will not be
acknowledged.
9. RANDOM DRAWING
A random drawing to select one (1) winner will be conducted on or about [3/1/26] from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an
independent third party designated by Sponsor. All decisions regarding the drawing and winner selection are
final and binding.
The odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible purchase based and mail in entries
received.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Prize award is subject to eligibility verification. The potential winner will be contacted by email and or phone
using the contact information provided with the entry and may be required to complete and return certain
documents, which may include:
Release of Liability;
Prize Acceptance Form;
Publicity Release, where lawful;
(collectively, the “Documents”).
All required Documents must be completed, signed, and returned to Sponsor within three (3) days of attempted
delivery, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, unless a longer period is required by law. Failure to
return required Documents or respond to a notification within the time specified, or the return of any prize or
prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without further notice and selection of an
alternate winner.
In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is unable to
claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected
from among the remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) additional random drawings to select an alternate
winner will be conducted if necessary, after which the prize may remain unawarded.
11. SCAM ALERT
Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner in this Promotion, Sponsor will contact
you using the phone number and or email address you provided on your purchase or mail in entry. You will not
be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or any form of payment as a condition of a prize award.
Those are common signs of sweepstakes scams. Sponsor does not use social media direct messages as the
sole method to notify winners.
Prize winnings may be reportable to the Internal Revenue Service by United States winners and any federal,
state, or local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For general information about
sweepstakes scams, you may consult resources provided by the Federal Trade Commission.
12. PRIZE VALUE; TAXES AND EXPENSES
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in United States dollars (USD):
One (1) Grand Prize – one 500.00 dollar Thomure’s Performance Gift Card. Total ARV of Grand Prize is
500.00 dollars.
Prize consists only of the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Winner will be solely responsible for any
applicable federal, state, and local taxes or duties and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use
of the prize not specified herein, including but not limited to any costs incurred by winner related to any
products or services purchased with the Gift Card.
The value of the prize may be taxable as income. If the Grand Prize winner is a resident of the United States
and if required by law, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reporting the total value of the prize as stated
in these Official Rules. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
13. RELEASE
Entrants and the winner agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, and their
respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, and agents from
and against any claim, cause of action, or liability, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage
to or loss of property, arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, use, or
misuse of the prize, or the use of any Promotion related photo, video, or entry.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor,
which are final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for
Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and any statements
about the Promotion for purposes of advertising and trade, in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without
further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any
promotional or advertising materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the terms and
conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Sponsor is not responsible for any
typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement
of the prize.
14. NOTICE REGARDING TAMPERING AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this
Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right
to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Released parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable, or mis transcribed phone, email, or
internet transmissions; incorrect announcements of any kind; technical hardware or software failures of any
kind, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer or device related to or resulting from
participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion; lost or unavailable network
connections: or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user’s ability to
participate.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email
filtering by a user’s internet service provider and or email client, or for insufficient space in a user’s email
account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if, for any reason, the
Giveaway is undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood,
epidemic, pandemic, labor dispute or strike, act of God, act of public enemy, force majeure, fraud, misconduct,
or technical failures that destroy the integrity of the Promotion, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical
problem corrupts the administration or security of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion. In the event of termination, a notice may be posted online and a drawing to award the prize may be
conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person whose
name appears on the billing information on the online order form or the name provided on the mail in entry, as
applicable. Any damage made to a website or entry platform by an entrant will be the responsibility of the
entrant. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are
suspected of being fraudulent, including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of
participation, will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right
to prohibit the participation of any individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply
with any requirement of participation as stated in these Official Rules.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Official Rules contain terms that govern how claims relating to this Promotion will be resolved. They may
include limitations on remedies and procedures for resolving disputes.
This Giveaway is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and is governed
by the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would
cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules
shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to this
Promotion, these Official Rules, or any prize must be brought individually and not as part of any class,
collective, or representative action. Such claim must be filed exclusively in the state courts located in Jefferson
County, Missouri, or the appropriate federal court located within the Eastern District of Missouri. By entering,
entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on
inconvenient forum.
16. PRIVACY
Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when
you enter the Giveaway for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, fulfilling the prize,
and as otherwise permitted or required by law. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants consent to such
collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Information collected from participants is subject to
Sponsor’s privacy practices.
17. WINNER LIST
The name of the winner will be announced on Sponsor’s website and or social media channels on or about
[3/1/26], or after the Grand prize winner has been verified.
