Program Guidelines
No Purchase Necessary
No donation, purchase, or payment is required to apply or be considered. Donations remain completely voluntary and do not increase your chances of being selected.
Selection Process

Taxes & Financial Information

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, funding, approval, or assistance.
Assistance amounts vary based on available resources and program funding.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Reside within the United States
• Provide accurate information
• Have ownership of, possession of, or involvement with the vehicle requiring assistance
Applications may be denied, removed, or disqualified at any time.
Verification

Failure to complete verification may result in removal from consideration.
Media Release
By applying, you agree that your story, photos, videos, vehicle information, and updates may be publicly shared for transparency, promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes.
